Do I need to book a class in advance?
We recommend that our clients book lessons at least 24 hours in advance to secure a place, especially during peak periods.
Do I have to have a subscription?
Yes, everyone must have a valid season ticket to use the ski lifts. Children up to 6 years old use the facilities free of charge. You still have to go to the ticket offices of the ski lifts and get them a free card valid so that they can take the ski lifts.
Is the subscription included in the price of the course?
No, the subscription is not included in our services.
Is the material included in our services?
No, you must get ski equipment from a sports store.
How can I get to the meeting point?
Arrived at Col des Mosses, the ski resort is on the left side (from Aigle) and right side (from Château-d'Oex). Departure from the small shed by the road (in front of the Tourist Office). Walk 300 meters towards the slopes to the ski school chalet!
Where is the ski school office located?
The office is located on the first floor of the Drosera restaurant, going up the stairs from the outside.
When do I have to pay for my lessons?
24 hours before the start of the course at the latest. The Swiss Ski School reserves the right to assign your lesson to another client if the amount of the lesson has not been paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
Do the lessons take place in bad weather (snow, rain)?
Yes, classes take place in all weather conditions, as long as safety is guaranteed. Bad weather is not a valid reason to cancel a course.
Am I insured against accidents during my course?
No, you are not insured against accidents. Each participant must have their own accident insurance.
Can I take a class with my child?
No, the pedagogy is different for children and adults, we recommend taking two different monitors.
Can I attend my child's class?
We strongly advise against taking your child's course. This can sometimes distract them! Follow them from a distance!
Is the medal included in the course?
Yes, the Swiss Snow League assessment is included from 5 hours of lessons (private and / or group).
